Refund, Exchange & Returns Policy:
We understand that purchasing online can be a big commitment, particularly sizing issues with something as personal as swimfins! We have developed the following returns policy to give you peace of mind when ordering through DaFin Australia. All items are returnable, exchangeable & refundable, dependable on the circumstances.
The items must be returned in exactly the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, with all tags, completely unused, unless it is a warranty claim.
The returned goods must be in the possession of DaFin (Australia) before any further action is taken.
For simple, "change of size" exchanges, we'll cover the return postage. Just get in touch with us at email@example.com
In the instance where DaFin (Australia) has sent an incorrect Order or provided incorrect information, You can return the item and we'll cover cost of shipping back to us & the return cost back to you.
For faulty Items; If the item was damaged in transit, we will cover cost of shipping back to us & we'll cover return shipping cost.
For warranty Items, please contact DaFin (Australia) first on firstname.lastname@example.org If the item is deemed to be faulty, we will cover cost of shipping back to us & we'll cover return shipping cost.
Unfortunately, We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” purchases. We also do not refund for goods which have been delayed in transit by the carrier.
Please include invoice & write what size you'd like to exchange for, or problem with item. Same day we receive we'll either return with new size or call regarding changes or refunds.
